Try The FocusWave Protocol completely risk-free for a full 90 days. If for any reason you're not satisfied — or for no reason at all — simply contact us within 90 days of your purchase date for a complete, no-questions-asked refund. You keep all the bonuses as our thank-you for giving it a try.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date
  • Your request is submitted through one of the channels listed below

There are no additional conditions. You do not need to provide a reason, return any files, or demonstrate that you used the product.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed through ClickBank, our authorized payment processor. There are two ways to request:

Option A — Fastest ClickBank Direct

Visit www.clkbank.com, find your order using your email and order number, and submit a refund request directly.

Option B Contact Us

Email support@focuswaveprotocol.com with your name, email address used at purchase, and order number. We will process or direct your refund within 1 business day.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

4. PayPal Purchases

Per ClickBank and PayPal policies, purchases made via PayPal carry a 180-day refund window. If you purchased with PayPal and are outside the standard 90-day window but within 180 days, please contact ClickBank directly.

5. Digital Product Nature

Because FocusWave Protocol is a digital download, we are unable to "repossess" the files. However, we still honor refund requests in full within the guarantee window — no returns required. Your license to use the product is terminated upon refund.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us or ClickBank before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks create additional complications for both parties. Our refund policy is generous — we will always process a legitimate refund request before a chargeback is necessary.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or where the same customer has requested refunds multiple times for the same type of digital product from our catalog.
